Flights
Dates are Oct 24, 2025 to Nov 02, 2025. Heathrow to Madinah via a short transit and return from Jeddah to Heathrow via a short transit. Flight Inclusive.
Travel
As a group, we travel to Madinah first. This helps us to adjust to the climate and feel relaxed. While in Madinah we also don't have to worry about breaking the Ihram conditions. While in Madinah, we book our Umrah slot and perform Umrah from Madinah, only remaining in Ihram for a short period of time. Doing it this way is much easier for you than going directly to Makkah from London.
Visa
We will process your tourist visa for British passport holders and arrange a similar visa for foreign passports.
Hotel In Madinah
Emar Royal Hotel 5* - Hotels are situated to be close to the Masjid for convenience of praying in the front row. Breakfast included.
Hotel In Makkah
Anjum Hotel Makkah 5* - Hotels are situated to be close to the Masjid for convenience of praying in the front row. Breakfast included.

Visa
There are specific requirements for attaining the visa. Please visit the Hajj and Umrah visa application form section. The tourist visa is valid for 1 year with multiple entry for 49 countries only. The Umrah visa is valid for 30 days maximum with single entry.
Hotels
Saudi Hotel standards are not usually equivalent to international standards and subject to availability.
Room Type
Room types are in relation to the above package prices, which can be changed.
Transportation
Complete air conditioned car with licensed and authorised drivers. Madinah Airport > Madinah Hotel > Makkah Hotel > Jeddah Airport.
Flexibility
We understand the importance of flexibility. Therefore, the above package can be tailored to suit your needs. You may want us to add or remove some days in Makkah or Madinah or change hotels or room type. Whatever these changes may be, we're here to facilitate the changes to the package to suit your requirements.
Passports
Passports must be valid for at least 7 months before the date of entry to Saudi Arabia. If foreign, you must also have proof of residency in the UK.
Pictures
2 passport sized photographs with white background are required.
Mahram
All children (under 18) and women will require an accompanied male adult to act as their Mahram.
New Muslims
Certificate from mosque is required.
